Artificial intelligence (AI) will not completely replace humans in the future. Although artificial intelligence and automation are changing the world of work, they are not intended to replace humans, but rather to complement and enhance their capabilities. Human skills such as emotional intelligence, creativity, empathy and the ability to adapt to changing situations remain essential, but are difficult for machines to replicate. In fields that require human interaction, such as counseling, therapy, teaching and artistic creativity, humans will retain the upper hand. What's more, the human resources (HR) profession requires a detailed understanding of human context, interpersonal skills and human judgment, making it unlikely that AI will replace it completely. Despite advances in artificial intelligence, human qualities remain irreplaceable in many professional fields.
